All of our fish is sourced from sustainable sources. The Trawler our cod is caught by the Ramoen Trawler based in Norwegian waters holds the MSC chain of custody and follows strict quarters put in place and enforced by the Norwegian government and the Norwegian sea food council, Meaning that the waters can not be over fished, and has time for fish stocks to replenish . We work closely with our local supplier, who always provides the best quality, and most recent landing of F.A.S cod for you to enjoy. Our wet fish is British line caught haddock & Hake.
the perfect chip is important to us. each season will require a different variety of potatoes to achieve that. we put our potatoes through testing prior to ordering them in. we will look at the size, flesh, colour , sugar content , how they fry and even how they travel once portioned. we always purchase potatoes as locally as possible and support British farmers. there is more than meats the eye to a potato!

All of the lighting at Ship Deck both inside & out is energy efficient LED bulbs which use 90% less energy than a standard 50watt bulb. we have a lot of lighting resulting in a mass amount of energy being saved.
